Starting school is a significant milestone in the life of any child and family. Bright Stars Kindergarten provides an enriching environment that supports continuity of learning and positive transitions for each child into Primary School. Our Rising Stars – Preschool & School Readiness Program equips children with the vital skills needed for school and lifelong learning. Each child’s emotional wellbeing and social competence is supported as well as developing early reading, writing and maths skills. Through the use of the NSW Primary School Key Learning Areas, our curriculum aims to optimise learning and development across the 5 Learning Outcomes of Australia’s National Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Learning the letters of the alphabet
  • Recognition of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Beginning to print the letters of the alphabet

  • Putting shoes and socks on without help

Graduation Ceremony

Bright Stars Kindergarten holds a special Graduation Ceremony for the pre-school children at the end of each year. This is held in traditional style. The children wear the graduation outfit (cap and gown) and are awarded their Graduation Certificate.
