What are my commencement costs?
An initial fee of $200 which consists of:
$150 refundable bond
$50 non-refundable administration fee
(Payable by cash only prior to enrolment).
Fees are due two weeks in advance.

What is your enrolment procedure?
Families will receive an Enrolment Package, which includes an Enrolment Form and Parent Handbook. Families are required to read the Parent Handbook and complete, sign and return the Enrolment Form. An orientation will be organised in order for the parent and child to become familiar with the Centre’s routines, educators and children within their room.
What children need to bring?






Am I entitled to government benefits to help with the cost of childcare?
Bright Stars Kindergarten is approved under Federal Government guidelines to provide you with full access to all childcare fee subsidies currently available. Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is child care fee assistance that is paid directly to our service.
What are your opening hours?
7.00am – to – 6.00pm (Monday-to-Friday).
We are open 50 weeks per year, excluding public holidays.
We close for two (2) weeks during the Christmas / New Year Period
What age groups does your service cater for?
Penrith: 2-6 YearsCambridge Park: 0-6 Years
Can families make suggestions or give feedback about the Service?
Yes. Our Early Childhood Education and Childcare Service values feedback as this helps create a service that meets the needs of children and their families ensuring smiles all year round. We encourage open communication and feedback on any day-to-day operations of the service. A component of this feedback is the ability to put forward a complaint and have this managed appropriately.
Families are welcome and encouraged to express comments or concerns they may have, as this will help us improve our Service.
