At Bright Stars Kindergarten we strive to create an environment that supports our Educators in all aspects of their professional and personal development by providing them with regular on-going training in order to maintain a quality team of Early Childhood Professionals who demonstrate excellence in their field.

RATIOS
At Bright Stars Kindergarten, we offer higher staff ratios than required under the Children’s Services Regulations in order to deliver a high quality service all year round where the education and care of our children are our paramount focus.

Our Educators have high expectations and aim to develop in children their independence, self-confidence and self-esteem by providing opportunities that promote learning through behaviour and play while allowing children to achieve to their full potential.

Our Educators aim to develop in children a sense of ‘Belonging’ where through their relationships with families, community, culture and environment each child will develop an early understanding of their world and environment, socially acceptable behaviour and independent living skills.
